Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me to see if we can fix the problem. You may return new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. I’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We will offer you an exchange or refund for products that are unworn and in original condition and packaging. Please let us know by emailing admin@melandmejewellery.com.au.

If you change your mind after purchasing earrings, we are unable to offer you an exchange for hygiene reasons.

When ordering a hand stamped item, the onus is on you to provide the correct spelling of the names to be stamped.  Due to the personalisation of these products, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
